The Second 11

Sunny day so out went the trap....hoping for a few moths to turn up....not many, 5....but here are the second 11.....

Cockchafer, Melolantha melolantha

...another 11 of them in the trap...really nice to see in such abundance.....

Also....although a small catch of moths more new species for the year have presented...

White Ermine, Spilosoma lubricipeda

Pale Tussock, Calliteara pudibunda

...and a micro moth which will be turning up in plentiful supply...another moth that comes in several colour formats....

Light Brown Apple Moth, Epiphyas postvittana
