Froghopper....nope.....

They say that few gardeners have ever seen a Froghopper, or Spittlebug....they just see the foamy clumps on the leaves.....I have spent a little time by one of the plants in the garden trying to photograph one for this blog....they really love the plant and its covered in their foamy spittle clumps....and I thought I had found one....then realised it wasnt to be...however...it was something really marvelous...and then I saw that there were several of them on the plant....

I knew it couldnt be a Grasshopper as the antennae were far too long....anyway, a nice find indeed...!
