A Fine Pair...

In the moth trap this morning....this fine pair of hawk moths sitting side by side....

Elephant Hawkmoth (left) Deilephila elpenor, Eyed Hawkmoth (right) Smerinthus ocellatus

...and heres the latter on its own.....it was quite flighty so I didnt really get a good shot of the 'eyes'...
