The end is nigh......well, in this case, sadly, its true....nature is a marvel, but its also a marvelous time keeper, there will be no escape....

This is one of the Fan-foot moths (probably Fan-foot, Zanclognatha tarsipennalis) which should be done and dusted by August end.  Obviously flight dates are only a rough guide anyway but the odd year that we have had will also need to be taken in to account as this appeared in my trap just a couple of nights ago....
